FUN FACT: A small group of penguins on land is called a waddle. In the water, a raft.
Two Groups Of Penguins Meet, One Accidentally Leaves With The Wrong Crew

This is a video of two waddles of Rockhopper penguins meeting in the Falkland Islands, sharing a few choice words, then continuing on their own ways when one penguin gets mixed up with the other group and starts to leave with them. Thankfully, another member of his crew realizes they have an accidental defector and hops back to get him. We all have that one mindless friend in our circle, am I right? One minute we’re all hanging out having a great time together and the next, wait — who are you people? Where am I and where are my friends?!

Thanks to Allyson S, who informed me penguins actually use vocalizations to tell each other apart, which is probably smarter than relying on color combo alone.
