This a video from the Windows to the Deep expedition off the coast of South Carolina starring a team of researchers commenting on the shark-on-swordfish-carcass feeding frenzy when a large grouper casually grabs a shark up in a single bite. Apparently the grouper used the unmanned submersible as cover to ambush the shark, so there’s no doubt in my mind these researchers have that shark’s blood on their hands now. I wonder if they can sleep at night.
