This is a video of Tom Scott riding a hovercraft developed by Hideyasu Ito, a single person unit that floats on four very precisely created bubbles of air. It’s definitely impressive, but still — if this is as advanced as personal hovercrafts can get, I think it’s time we ditch this technology and focus all our efforts on jetpacks. We tried, but it’s nowhere near a speeder bike.
