This is some dashcam footage from the A28 highway near Harderwijk in the Netherlands of a woman who collapsed behind the wheel while driving, and motorist Henry Temmermans using his own car to stop her vehicle before she can do any more damage. After the incident, she was taken to the hospital and suffered five broken ribs, but will make a full recovery (hopefully they fixed whatever made her pass out in the first place too). And, for his quick-thinking act of bravery, Henry was invited to town hall, hopefully for a complimentary lunch and car detailing.

This is a blooper reel for the lovable corgi Ein (Einstein) from Netflix’s live-action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop. Apparently Ein’s real name is Harry, and he doesn’t like to take direction. I can see now why he made the perfect addition to the Bebop crew. Now I haven’t gotten around to watching the live-action version yet, but did you know in the original anime Ein’s intelligence was enhanced at a research facility and he could drive a car (well, steer), answering phones, hack computer databases with his mind, and play Shogi (aka Japanese chess?)? Now is that research facility doing any free clinical trials? Because I happen to have two dogs at home who can’t do any of those things, and so, so much more.

This is a video of Russian weightlifter Ruslan Jaguar (awesome name, I’m stealing it) no-hand squatting 100kg (220-pounds) while balancing on a balance board. I think it goes without saying, but CrossFit has really gotten out of hand. Also, how do I know those are real weights and not just weight-shaped pieces of styrofoam? Or maybe he’s wearing a self-balancing exoskeleton under that bodysuit. Or maybe the whole video is just CGI. My point is this: I’m grasping at straws here trying to poke holes in the video after my girlfriend said how impressively fit this guy is.

This is a video of a guy completely losing his cool when Sora from the Kingdom Hearts series was revealed as the last character to join the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate lineup. Tears were shed. Good for him. Also, was this in school? Just what kind of school lets you watch video game character reveals? Because I want to go there. Although those kids do look like a bunch of no-good troublemakers. I bet this is detention. Regardless, I would totally smoke this guy’s Sora with Young Link easy.

This is a video of the Ingenuity rotorcraft (upper middle of screencap) flying above the Martian surface. Ingenuity, the first flying craft deployed by humans on another planet, flew approximately 700-feet at an altitude of 26-feet before landing. The footage, albeit relatively unimpressive to watch if you pretend this is Arizona, is very impressive to think about. I mean we actually have a little ROFLcopter flying around on another planet. That’s wild. As wild as I get on Friday nights? That depends on how wild you consider watching romantic Christmas movies until 7:00PM then putting on my sleep mask and going to bed by 8:30PM. “The rockstar lifestyle.” Right? I had to get up three times in the night just to pee.
