Pastry artist and chocolatier Amaury Guichon is back at it (it being absurd amounts of shaped chocolate, previously), this time constructing a massive LEGO minifig of himself entirely out of his semi-sweet medium of choice. Tell me, if you were tasked with eating that entire thing as quickly as possible, how long do you think it would take? A couple days? A couple HOURS? Or more like some sort of insane world record? I only ask because I’m looking for a friend who can match me at all-you-can-eat buffets so I don’t look like the only monster at the table.
