Working out and staying fit: it means different things to different people. To me, it means getting up off the sofa (abs and legs) to walk to the fridge (cardio) and grabbing another Coke Zero (biceps, diet). To this guy it means doing bicep curls, shoulder presses and some leg work with a barbell while slacklining. Impressive! Still, I prefer my workout. And, not to brag about the intensity of my own training regimin or anything, but I also do have to get up to change the channel on the TV because the batteries in my remote died.
