Mother Nature: she’s wild. I could go into detail but she threatened me with murder hornets the last time I told one of her secrets. Enter this absolutely stunning footage of a female blanket octopus. You can tell it’s a female due to the species’ incredible sexual dimorphism, with females growing to over two meters (~6 feet) long, and males only 2.4 CENTIMETERS (~1-inch)! I hope all those male octopuses are into taller women! Me? I love taller woman. “AHEM.” Of course what I meant was that I’m perfectly happy with 5’3½”. It’s really the perfect height for me, dear.
