This is a terrifying video from a kite festival in the seaside town of Nanliao, Taiwan where a young girl’s backpack got tangled in a long banner kite, lifting her high into the sky. Thankfully, the local news reports the girl was frightened after the incident, and only suffered minor abrasions. That is a relief. Obviously, this– “Wow, and I thought I was flying.” Hoho — Rose from Titanic, ladies and gentlemen! She let Jack die because she needed to stretch out.
