Because keeping your eyes on the road is incredibly difficult for some people, this is some footage from a Tesla Model 3 traveling in Dillsboro, North Carolina of an SUV completely failing to notice traffic is coming to a stop in front of it and nailing a truck from behind so hard it made my butt hurt. And people wonder why I’m constantly lobbying for affordable jetpacks. Are jetpacks dangerous? Absolutely. But are they any more dangerous than people behind the wheel of a death machine not paying attention to the road? Because *pointing with car antennae* these charts and graphs I just drew from data I made up clearly indicate not.
