Basically, you cut a bunch of thin circular potato slices before wrapping them together in layers, peeling back the petals, and holding them all together with toothpicks before a dip in the fryer. The result? The meal I’ll be making for my girlfriend the next time I’m trying to get lucky. Get lucky as in be allowed to play video games all weekend, I don’t think either one of us is trying to make love with a garden of potato flowers blooming in our tummies.
